Archbold has announced that nurse practitioner Madison Maxwell, FNP-C, has joined its medical staff. Maxwell holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Columbus State University and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Maxwell will be treating patients at Archbold Memorial’s Heart and Vascular Center located in Thomasville.
The Georgia Department of Transportation will close the Tulip Road bridge over Young Creek in Ben Hill County starting March 16 for a replacement project. The work is part of a program aimed at replacing older bridges using faster construction methods.
