Augusta Metro Chamber announces 2026 Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch

The Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce and Augusta Magazine announced on May 27 the selection of the 2026 Top 10 in 10 Young Professionals to Watch. The recipients are recognized for their leadership, innovation, and service across the Greater Augusta Region.

The individuals named as this year’s honorees are Anna Freeman of Georgia Cyber Innovation & Training Center; Ansley Guerrero of Destination Augusta; Benjamin Tom of Club Car; Brennan Meagher of Tuttle-Newton Home; Katlyn Gates Danner of Southeastern Residential, LLC & Southern Gates Weddings and Events; Abigayle Kelley of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Augusta; Amanda Cruz from the City of Augusta – Planning & Development Department; Janelys Villalta from The Salvation Army of Augusta; Josh Baker from Wynn Capital; and Katherine Hatcher from Augusta University.

The honorees will be recognized at the Chamber’s Member Economic Luncheon scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, at the Augusta Marriott at the Convention Center. Registration details are available through the Chamber’s website.

According to the announcement, “This award was developed in 2009 by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Augusta Magazine to annually highlight ten young professionals (ages 25–35) in the Greater Augusta Region. In recognizing these individuals, the Chamber aims to elevate awareness of Augusta’s outstanding young professional talent throughout Georgia and beyond.” The selected professionals will also be featured in the June issue of Augusta Magazine and nominated for Georgia Trend magazine’s “40 Under 40” recognition.
