The Classic Center Theatre will host the final show of its 2025–2026 Broadway Entertainment Series with the musical Beetlejuice on May 26 and 27, according to an April 28 announcement. The series is presented by Akins Ford.

This event marks the end of the season for downtown Athens, with Beetlejuice described as a popular musical featuring a distinctive set design and music. The production has been praised by Variety as “screamingly good fun!” Attendees will also be given a preview of the upcoming 2026–2027 Broadway Entertainment Season lineup during these performances.

Organizers say that The Classic Center Theatre offers opportunities for various outings, including date nights, family gatherings, or evenings with friends. With only two performances left in this season’s schedule, they encourage patrons to purchase tickets soon through ClassicCenter.com before seats sell out.

The Classic Center is located in Athens, Georgia and serves as a multi-use conference center and performing arts venue. It hosts events such as conventions, conferences, meetings, weddings, concerts, sporting tournaments and special occasions. Its recently opened Akins Ford Arena expands event capabilities and can accommodate more than 8,000 attendees.
