Calhoun High School released on May 11 the schedule and guidelines for the Class of 2026 graduation ceremony, which will take place on Friday, May 22 at Hal Lamb Field at Phil Reeve Stadium in Calhoun, Georgia. The event is set to begin at 8:00 PM, with gates opening to attendees at 6:00 PM.

The announcement outlines important information for families and guests planning to attend. All patrons must have a ticket for entry, and both north and south gates will be open for collection. Bag checks will be conducted upon entry, and K-9 officers will be present. The district emphasizes that seating cannot be reserved in advance and any items placed inside the stadium before gates open will be removed.

A list of prohibited items includes large bags or oversized items, balloons or artificial noisemakers, alcohol or tobacco products, weapons, flares, smoke devices, or similar items. Families requiring handicap parking or golf cart pickup are encouraged to complete an assistance form provided by the school.

For those unable to attend in person, the ceremony will be livestreamed for free on the NFHS Network after signing in or creating a free account.

In addition to graduation details, Calhoun City School District shared information about early dismissal times for all schools on the last day of classes. Bus schedules are adjusted accordingly and after-school childcare (KEEP) will close early so staff can attend graduation.

Calhoun City School District operates five schools across three campuses serving around 4,200 students from early childhood through high school education according to the official website. The district also promotes development through strong academic programs as well as arts and athletics initiatives supported by community partnerships.
