Clari + Salesloft announced on May 13 the appointments of Brian Benfer as Chief Revenue Officer and Rajesh Krishnaswami as Chief Technology Officer. The company said these hires will help scale its go-to-market strategy and accelerate the development of its Predictive Revenue System, which uses artificial intelligence to unify revenue data for real-time insights and automated execution.

The announcement follows the December 2025 merger between Clari and Salesloft, marking a transition from integration to growth. Company leaders say these changes are intended to improve how revenue teams operate by combining technology with practical experience in sales leadership.

Steve Cox, CEO of Clari + Salesloft, said, “Brian has been on the front lines running revenue in the same conditions our customers face every day: complex, competitive, and under pressure to deliver. Rajesh brings the engineering discipline to match, building AI-driven platforms that scale and stay anchored in real business outcomes. Together, they connect how we go to market with how we build, turning insight into action and strengthening the entire system.”

Benfer previously served as CRO at Brightly Software for six years where he led multiple acquisitions including a sale to Siemens. He also expanded international operations across several regions. As a former customer of Clari + Salesloft solutions, Benfer said he is familiar with their impact on enterprise sales teams. “As a longtime customer, I’ve seen what this platform can do when you’re responsible for the number,” Benfer said. “Revenue is the lifeblood of every business… That’s the opportunity here, and it doesn’t exist anywhere else in this market.”

Krishnaswami joins after serving as CTO at Globalli where he developed an AI-native payroll platform; his previous roles include senior engineering positions at Dayforce, SAP, Oracle, and Infor. “What drew me to Clari + Salesloft is the combination of real scale and a strong foundation already in place,” Krishnaswami said.

The company highlighted recent milestones such as its recognition in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Revenue Action Orchestration and new product launches connecting forecasting insights directly with seller execution.

Looking ahead, Clari + Salesloft aims to continue expanding its executive team while advancing its unified approach that connects data analytics with automated processes.
