The FDA conducted 33 inspections across 33 device companies in Georgia during 2025, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

This represented the third-highest number of inspections by company type performed by the FDA in Georgia, accounting for 10.7% of all inspections that year.

Among Georgia’s device sector companies, Integrity Dental Services, LLC received the highest number of FDA citations in 2025.

The FDA routinely inspects facilities across the nation to determine if the workplace and their products are compliant with FDA-regulated laws and regulations implemented to improve overall public health. Inspection results are then disclosed publicly.
