ENZO Steakhouse & Bar has joined the Delta Sky Clubs at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport this spring as part of Delta Air Lines’s Local Flavor program, which highlights chefs and restaurants shaping Atlanta’s dining scene. Travelers passing through the B and D Concourses can now sample dishes from Chef Andrea Montobbio’s Fayetteville restaurant without a reservation.
Montobbio offers a selection of ENZO favorites at the airport location, including black garlic marinated short rib and salt-crusted beet salad with Banyuls vinegar. Guests can also try ENZO’s tiramisu, based on Montobbio’s mother’s recipe.
For those who have not visited ENZO in Fayetteville’s Town at Trilith, the new Sky Club presence provides an introduction to Montobbio’s cuisine. The original restaurant is known for its ingredient-driven Italian cooking and consistently busy dining room.
The pop-up comes as Montobbio prepares to open his second concept with Chef David Gibbs, Bicicletta, in Peachtree City later this spring or early summer. Bicicletta will offer a more casual menu featuring 72-hour dough pizzas, fresh pastas, composed entrées, gelato, cocktails, wine, beer, and grab-and-go options.
