The Georgia Bureau of Investigation announced on May 20 that Judson Nebraska Pollock, age 53, of Camilla, Mitchell County, has been arrested and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of children.

The arrest follows an investigation that began in June 2025 after the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit received a request from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding the distribution of child sexual abuse material. The investigation led authorities to Georgia and resulted in Pollock’s arrest in Albany, Dougherty County.

Pollock was taken into custody on Wednesday, May 13, and booked into the Mitchell County Jail. The Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office assisted with the investigation.

According to the GBI, this case is part of ongoing efforts by its Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force to identify individuals involved in trading child sexual abuse material. The task force operates within the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit as part of a program created by the U.S. Department of Justice to address increasing online risks facing children and teenagers.

Anyone with information about other cases involving child exploitation is encouraged to contact the GBI CEACC Unit at 404-270-8870 or submit a tip via the NCMEC CyberTipline at cybertipline.org.
