Georgia DOT announces daytime lane closures on I-20 for improvement project

For the coming week, there will be a right-lane closure on I-20 westbound near mile markers 103-104. The closure is scheduled from Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25, between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. This is a part of the ongoing I-20 at CR 249/Old Mill Road Interchange Project.

Motorists using this route are warned to expect delays and advised to be cautious and reduce speed while in the work zone. For real-time updates on traffic and work status, travelers can make use of the Georgia 511 services via phone, website, or app.
