Weather permitting, Georgia Department of Transportation contractors will implement lane closures for punch list activities on I-285 and SR 400. These closures may cause delays, reduced speeds, and detours in some areas.
The lane closures are scheduled from July 7 to July 13, 2025. Overnight closures will occur each night from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., affecting various sections of SR 400 and surrounding roads. Daytime closures are planned for July 12 and July 13 from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., impacting Roswell Road at I-285.
Motorists should note that exact construction dates may change due to weather or other factors. “Motorists are cautioned to reduce their speed while traveling through work zones,” advises the department.
