Georgia DOT schedules virtual forum for I-16 widening project from I-95 to SR 67

The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) will hold a virtual industry forum for developers and contractors interested in the I-16 widening project from I-95 to State Route 67. The department encourages attendees to preregister for the event. Those who register will receive an early access link to the presentation on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 8 a.m. EST.

Within 24 hours of the initial release, by Thursday, October 2, 2025, the prerecorded industry forum presentation will be available on the Georgia DOT Design-Build web page. The site will also provide a copy of the presentation and a list of registered attendees with their contact information. One-on-one meetings are scheduled for Thursday, October 2, 2025.
