CJ Pearson, co-chair of the GOP Youth Advisory Council, announced that the Fulton County case against President Trump and others had been dismissed. He described it as a victory and criticized prosecutor Fani Willis.

“VICTORY: Judge Scott McAfee has officially has officially DISMISSED Fulton County’s criminal prosecution of President Trump and all of his co-defendents,” said Coreco Jaquan Pearson. “Fani Willis’ pathetic witch hunt has finally come to an end.”

The Fulton County case originated from accusations that Donald Trump and his allies attempted to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election outcome. The case, led by District Attorney Fani Willis, was seen as a significant test of prosecutorial reach in state-level election interference cases.

According to Judge Scott McAfee’s ruling, the charges against all defendants were dismissed due to procedural issues and improper coordination among prosecutors. This decision effectively nullified years of litigation and removed one of Trump’s remaining criminal exposures.

The investigation in Fulton County lasted over four years, involving more than 150 witnesses and 19 defendants. Official records indicate that Georgia taxpayers spent approximately $6 million on related costs, including legal filings and grand jury proceedings.

Pearson is a Georgia-based conservative activist and commentator who serves as Co-Chair of the GOP Youth Advisory Council. Known for his political engagement and digital advocacy, he has been an influential voice for young conservatives nationwide.
