Governor Brian P. Kemp delivered his final State of the State Address to a joint session of the Georgia General Assembly in Atlanta on January 15, 2026.

The annual address, which can be viewed online, marks the conclusion of Governor Kemp’s term. The Office of Planning and Budget has also released Governor Kemp’s Amended Fiscal Year 2026 and Fiscal Year 2027 budget proposals for public review.

The Office of the Governor of Georgia is responsible for directing the state’s government through its executive functions. It oversees official events at the Governor’s Mansion in northeast Atlanta, a Greek Revival residence built in 1967 that features Federal period art and furnishings.
