The University of Georgia Extension announced on May 21 an upcoming update session for the Great Southeast Pollinator Census. The event will offer new information for gardeners, educators, and community science volunteers interested in pollinator health in Georgia.
The session aims to inform participants about the census program, how to take part, current trends, and what recent data reveals about local pollinators. Lisa Klein with UGA Extension Gwinnett will lead the program, answering questions and providing practical advice to help attendees prepare for this year’s count. Organizers say the program is also eligible for Master Gardener continuing education credit.
