The Gwinnett Chamber hosted its Elevate Business Series program, “Earning Trust in the AI Era,” on May 11, bringing together more than 60 business professionals, executives, and community leaders to discuss the evolving role of artificial intelligence in today’s business environment.

The event focused on how organizations can responsibly use artificial intelligence while maintaining transparency and trust with customers, employees, and stakeholders. Sarah Tourville, CEO and Founder of Media Frenzy Global, led discussions about ethical A.I. implementation, communication strategies, operational efficiency, and the importance of human-centered leadership as technology becomes more central to business operations.

Attendees explored ways for businesses of all sizes to adapt to new A.I. trends while keeping authentic relationships and organizational integrity at the forefront. The session highlighted that adapting to technology does not mean sacrificing core values or credibility.

The Elevate Business Series is part of the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to provide relevant insights and practical strategies for local business leaders facing rapid changes in innovation and economic growth. The Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce supports diverse small businesses in one of the nation’s most diverse counties; it was named Chamber of the Year in 2023 and represents over 2,100 member businesses according to the official website.

In addition to programs like this series—which are designed to unite leaders and nurture an inclusive economy—the Chamber hosts more than 220 events annually for networking and growth within Gwinnett County’s highly diverse area according to the official website.

The organization thanked Oconee State Bank, Synchronize Solutions, Verizon Business, and BillEastman AI for supporting this program.
