Hall County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Duver Adrian Dajome-Cuervo on warrants for two counts of aggravated child molestation and one count of statutory rape involving a victim under 16.
According to the Hall County Sheriff’s Office narrative, Dajome-Cuervo was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Friday. The investigation revealed that the suspect and the victim, who is under 16, met through work at a fast-food restaurant in Flowery Branch. They began dating, and their relationship turned sexual in October. The victim’s mother discovered her daughter’s involvement with the suspect and reported the crimes to law enforcement on December 17.
Hall County, located in northeast Georgia, has a population of approximately 203,136 residents according to recent U.S. Census estimates. The area includes communities such as Flowery Branch and Gainesville. Local law enforcement handles cases involving minors and sexual offenses through the sheriff’s office and related agencies.
