Senator-elect Jason T. Dickerson will be sworn in as a Georgia state senator on October 14 at the Cherokee County Courthouse. He will represent Senate District 21, which covers parts of Cherokee and Fulton counties.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 2C at the courthouse located at 90 North St., Canton, GA. The event is open to the public.
