The Judicial Conference of the United States Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure approved a technical amendment to Bankruptcy Official Form 410C13-NR, according to a May 28 announcement. The change involves replacing the word “notice” with “response” in Part 2 of the form.

This amendment was approved retroactively to December 2025 and is already effective. The amended version of Form 410C13-NR is available online at the United States Courts website.

Bankruptcy Official Form 410C13-NR is used in connection with responses to trustee notices regarding disbursements made in bankruptcy proceedings. The recent update ensures that language on the form accurately reflects its intended use for responses rather than just notices.

The Judicial Conference Committee periodically reviews and updates official forms as part of its oversight responsibilities for federal court procedures. These amendments are designed to clarify procedural requirements and support consistent practices across jurisdictions.

Parties involved in bankruptcy cases are encouraged to use the updated form moving forward.
