King & Spalding has been recognized by the Inner City Law Center as the recipient of the 2026 Katharine Krause Award for its pro bono efforts, according to a May 21 announcement.

The award highlights King & Spalding’s work to address homelessness and support veterans. The recognition is given annually to an individual, organization, or firm that demonstrates outstanding commitment to advancing justice for people experiencing homelessness.

Inner City Law Center in Los Angeles said King & Spalding was chosen because of its “long history of providing pro bono services to those who cannot afford representation” and noted the firm’s “notable contributions to improving the lives of vulnerable members of the communities we serve.”

The Katharine Krause Award aims to honor those making significant contributions toward social justice and supporting individuals facing housing insecurity. This year’s selection acknowledges King & Spalding’s ongoing commitment in these areas.

Looking ahead, both organizations are expected to continue their collaboration on legal initiatives benefiting underserved populations.
