Little League International announced Kristina Parker as its Vice President of Human Resources, effective May 18.
The appointment is significant for the organization as it aims to enhance its staff and volunteer culture while supporting its mission and operational strategy. Parker will be responsible for leading the development and management of the human resources function, which includes organizational development, talent management, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, employee relations, legal compliance, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR systems.

Before joining Little League International, Parker worked at Accenture LLP as Consulting Senior Principal where she advised C-suite executives on future talent initiatives. She also held roles with KP Advisory Group LLC focusing on organizational readiness for large-scale HR changes. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree in organizational management from Concordia University.
Parker’s appointment reflects an ongoing effort by Little League International to invest in leadership that supports both operational excellence and community values.
