The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has announced overnight lane closures on Interstate 20 eastbound in Morgan County. The right lane will be closed between mile markers 101.5 and 103 from Tuesday, August 5, through Friday, August 8. Closures are scheduled each night from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m.
Motorists traveling through the area are encouraged to expect delays and use caution in work zones. Drivers are also advised to reduce speed while passing through the construction site.
