Rep. Chas Cannon, Rep. Jaclyn Ford, and Rep. Bill Yearta participated in a legislative town hall in Tifton, organized by the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in partnership with the Community Bankers Association of Georgia (CBA). The event provided small business owners an opportunity to discuss taxes, regulations, and other issues affecting their operations.

The town hall took place at South Georgia Banking Co., where lawmakers engaged directly with local entrepreneurs. NFIB State Director Hunter Loggins emphasized the importance of such events for communication between legislators and constituents.

“This was a great chance for our members and other small business owners to learn more about what’s happening in Atlanta and speak out about the issues that matter most to them,” said Loggins. “I want to thank all of the legislators who took the time to join us and connect with their constituents.”
