State Representative Carl Gilliard, a Democrat from Savannah, is scheduled to be the keynote speaker at the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration Service. The event will take place on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 10 a.m. at St. Philip Monumental African Methodist Episcopal Church in Savannah.
The celebration service is held each year to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., bringing together community members for reflection and commemoration.
