State Representative Mary Ann Santos (D–McDonough) is set to hold a press conference at the Georgia State Capitol on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The event will take place at 1:30 p.m. on the South Wing Steps of the Capitol building, located at 206 Washington Street S.W., Atlanta.

The press conference is being organized in recognition of Stand with Survivors Day. Rep. Santos announced details for both English and Spanish-speaking audiences, providing translations of her media advisory.

Rep. Santos stated: “ATLANTA – La representante estatal Mary Ann Santos (D–McDonough) llevará a cabo una conferencia de prensa en reconocimiento del el miércoles 18 de febrero de 2026 a la 1:30 p. m. en las escalinatas del ala sur del Capitolio del Estado de Georgia.” She also shared logistical information about the time and location for Spanish speakers.

Burns, a Republican who was elected to represent Georgia’s 159th House District in 2005, succeeded Ray Holland in that role.
