Sen. Elena Parent to hold roundtable on CDC developments with fellow legislators

Senator Elena Parent, who chairs the Senate Democratic Caucus, is set to host a roundtable discussion on recent developments at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The event will take place on Tuesday, September 2, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta. Representatives Omari Crawford, Saira Draper, Imani Barnes, and Mary Margaret Oliver will join Senator Parent for the discussion.

A press conference is scheduled to follow immediately after the roundtable from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Both events are open to the public and will be held in Room 216 and on the South Wing Steps of the Georgia State Capitol located at 206 Washington Street S.W., Atlanta.
