Senator Kim Jackson, the Senate Minority Caucus Whip representing Georgia’s 41st Senate District, will hold a press conference on January 20 to discuss new legislation focused on supporting victims of gun violence. The proposed measure would allow individuals affected by gun violence to end their residential leases without penalty.
The event is scheduled for Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. and will take place at the South Steps of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta. The press conference is open to the public.
