State Representative Carl Gilliard of Savannah will deliver the keynote address at the Annual Human Rights Luncheon. The event, organized by the Certified Community Action Professional, is scheduled for Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at noon. It will take place at the Macon Marriott Center in Macon, Georgia.
The luncheon will focus on the theme "Our Right, Our Future, Right Now!" and aims to address current human rights issues.
