Gov. Brian Kemp certified Georgia’s election results in favor of Joe Biden.

The certification comes after a hand recount and audit.

An elections official reportedly said the recount totals were different than the general election totals but were not used to certify the results.

However, Kemp said Friday that he was concerned the audit did not delve into signature verification absentee applications or envelopes.

Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger affirmed the results previously.

A citizen-activist said Raffensperger ignored questions about signature verification invalidation rates for mail-in ballots.

"I’ve emailed @GabrielSterling with the @GaSecofState twice and called him about why invalidation rates for mail-in ballots are so much lower than previous elections and have not gotten an answer," Lisa Boothe said on Twitter.

In a press release, Raffensperger's office said the rejection rate was about the same as 2018.

"The number of absentee ballot rejections for signature issues increased approximately 350% in the November 2020 election in Georgia from the 2018 election, about the same rate of increase as the total number of absentee ballots accepted," he said in the release. "The rejection rate for absentee ballots with missing or non-matching signatures in the 2020 General Election was 0.15%, the same rejection rate for signature issues as the 2018 General Election."
