Georgia residents concerned with allegations of voter irregularities in the Nov. 3 presidential election are being encouraged to lobby state legislators to convene a special session to consider such reports. 

“Time for state legislators to take the Election seriously. President@realDonaldTrump needs you to DEMAND they call a SPECIAL SESSION & hear the evidence. Contact your state legislators NOW!” Team Trump said in a tweet. 

The Trump campaign is asking residents in four key swing states - Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan and Arizona - to contact lawmakers. 

In Georgia, several issues including the improper handling of ballots and questionable barcodes were reported. No such allegations have been taken seriously by courts.
