Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss is being sued over a Valentine's Day shooting that took place at one of her restaurants in 2020, leaving three injured, according to a recent report by FOX 5 Atlanta.

In an Instagram statement following the incident, Burruss expressed remorse over the incident that occurred at her restaurant—Old Lady Gang.

"As African-American business owners, it has been our goal to invest in our community by bringing jobs, quality dining, and a positive experience to the greater Atlanta area; we hope that you know and understand that the acts of violence that occurred yesterday evening do not, in any way, serve as a reflection of OLG or its values," Burruss wrote in her Instagram post.

Dashcam footage of the shooting shows a man in a black vehicle pulling up to the restaurant with a man in a jumpsuit getting out and walking directly into the restaurant where he opened fire, sending patrons in the eatery rushing for the streets.

This comes as East Point Police said besides hitting the man he appeared to be aiming for, the gunmen also struck two other innocent bystanders, including a teenage girl, before fleeing from the scene in the same vehicle and remaining on the run to this day.

Filed by Kiya Humphries on behalf of herself and her daughter Tammy Johnson, the suit asserts the two victims were waiting to be seated when the mayhem broke out, with Johnson having required multiple surgeries, therapy and counseling in the aftermath, FOX 5 reports.
