Attorney Lin Wood is seeking video footage from the State Farm Arena where ballots were counted for Fulton County.

In the subpoena Wood requests 48 hours of video footage from midnight on Election Day, Tuesday Nov. 3 until midnight on Thursday, Nov. 5.

In an earlier claim, Georgia GOP Chair David Schafer said the arena was closed to outside observers but work continued in violation of election law.

“No one disputes that Fulton County elections officials falsely announced that the counting of ballots would stop at 10:30 p.m. No one disputes that Fulton County elected officials unlawfully resumed the counting of ballots after our observers left the center,” Schafer said in a tweet.

It seems Wood wants to review the video footage to determine the veracity of Schafer’s claim and investigate other reports of bad behavior.

Gov. Brian Kemp, a Republican, certified the vote after a hand recount and audit.
