The Senate Study Committee on Artificial Intelligence, chaired by Senator John Albers (R–Roswell), is set to hold its inaugural hearing on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will take place at the State Capitol in Atlanta and is open to the public. It will also be live-streamed on the Georgia General Assembly website.
The committee's mandate includes recommending measures to support the development and implementation of ethical standards aimed at preserving individuals' dignity, autonomy, and self-determination.
