The overnight closures will begin on Friday, April 11, from 8 p.m. to Saturday, April 12, 6 a.m. This will affect lanes on SR 42/North Druid Hills Road both eastbound and westbound from I-85 to Briarcliff Road, as well as various lanes on SR 42 heading eastbound to Executive Park Drive. Additionally, pacing operations will occur at intersections along SR 42 with both W. Druid Hills Drive and Buford Highway starting at 9 p.m.

The closures will extend to various dates and times, including the weekend of April 12-13. On Saturday, April 12 from 8 p.m. to Sunday, April 13 at 11 a.m., both eastbound and westbound lanes on SR 42 from Buford Highway to Briarcliff Road will experience closures.

Throughout the construction period, specific lanes on SR 42 will be closed overnight from Monday, April 14 to Friday, April 18, including the left lane in both directions from I-85 to Briarcliff Road. New closures and detours will begin on April 15, affecting motorists traveling on SR 42 to I-85 northbound and the I-85 northbound Frontage Road.
