Georgia seniors oppose a Democrat plan to use payroll deductions from Whites, Hispanics and Asians to fund slavery reparations for Black Americans. according to the results of a Georgia Metric Media poll.

Of 133 respondents, who were age 65 and over, 98.5%, or 131, said they would answer “No” to the question, "Would you support a Democrat proposal that would deduct money from the paychecks of White, Hispanic and Asian residents to fund so-called ‘reparations’ payments to Black Americans?"

The poll ran Aug. 2-5 on Facebook, where it was promoted to seniors living in Georgia.

Vice President Kamala Harris supported reparations when she was a presidential candidate.

Black Lives Matter has also made the issue a central part of its platform.

California recently began crafting reparations legislation, which some believe would provide the framework for federal reparations.

Last year, Asheville, N.C., became one of the first municipalities to address reparations. This move is expected to be repeated in far-left enclaves across the country.

Universities and other institutions are also considering reparations.

Black Lives Matter Chicago and BLM activists more broadly support looting as a form of reparations and the larger organization nationwide has not denounced rioting last year that turned violent.

Critical race theory, deemed by some as "anti-white 101," purports to examine such issues as "white privilege." The area of study has proved to be very controversial with one commentator noting it appears to be designed to make "White people feel guilty about something for which they have no personal responsibility."
