State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Savannah), chair of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus, will host State Senator Donzella James (D-Atlanta) and members of the Senate Urban Affairs Committee for a meeting on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at 1 p.m. The event will take place at Savannah Technical College.
