Leader Hugley explained the agenda's aim, stating, “The Opportunity Agenda will help create a state where all Georgians can thrive – no matter their background or zip code.” She contrasted this approach with that of Georgia Republicans, who she claims prioritize out-of-state corporate interests over local needs.
