Lady Bulldog stars and Georgia natives Jenna Staiti, Que Morrison and Mikayla Coombs have garnered All-Southeastern Conference (SEC) postseason awards, with Staiti being named to the first team.

"Jenna, Que and Mikayla have made their home state and the University of Georgia proud," head coach Joni Taylor said in a release on March 1. "We play in the best conference in the nation, so to be able to make the All-SEC team takes a lot of hard work. I am looking forward to seeing what they help us accomplish the rest of the season, and I know they will go on to do special things after they finish their careers here."

Staiti joins 26 other Bulldogs who managed to make the All-SEC first team, the Bulldogs reported. She joins only four other women's basketball bulldogs who amassed more than 1,000 points and 500 rebounds, as well as blocked more than 250 shots.

As the reigning SEC Defensive Player of the Year, Morrison has played in more games than any player in the history of the team, the Bulldogs reported.

Coombs earned SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year honors and was also the only Bulldog chosen for the NCAA Competition Committee, the Bulldogs reported. She was likewise voted as vice chair of the SEC Leadership Council and has received an undergraduate degree in sports management.
