U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-Ga.) told reporters she is unsure if she will object to Joe Biden's electors in Congress.

Loeffler said there is still a few weeks at play.

“I haven't looked at it,” Loeffler told reporters. “January 6 is a long way out and there’s a lot to play out between now and then.”

The Electoral College pledged 306 votes for Biden to 232 for Trump.

Loeffler’s comments echo those of Stephen Miller who yesterday said Jan. 20, Inauguration Day, is the only day in the constitution that matters.

Loeffler is locked in a close election battle in what Newt Gingrich recently called one of the “most important runoffs in American history.”

She and fellow Georgia Sen. David Perdue, both incumbents, released a joint statement this week on the election demanding Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger release the names of those who registered to vote just prior to the Dec. 7 deadline.

“Georgians demand transparency, accountability, and accuracy in our elections process — and the Secretary of State is failing to provide it in a timely manner,” the statement read.

Mail-in voting started in the election on Nov. 20. The election will be held Jan. 7.
