ATLANTA — On Thursday, January 16, at 7 p.m., the Democratic response to Governor Brian P. Kemp’s State of the State Address will be delivered by Sen. Harold Jones II. The address will be broadcast on Georgia Public Broadcasting's (GPB) special edition of Lawmakers.
