Lunar New Year celebration planned by AAPI Caucus at Georgia State Capitol

Members of the Legislative Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) Caucus are set to host a Lunar New Year Day event at the Georgia State Capitol. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, January 29, 2025, from noon to 1 p.m. It will take place at the South Wing Steps of the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta.

The gathering is open to the public and will include a ceremony aimed at community recognition. Following the ceremony, attendees can expect a traditional dragon lion dance performance.
