State Representative Teddy Reese, along with members of the Georgia House Democratic Caucus, is set to announce the launch of a College Listening Tour today. The press conference will take place at 1 p.m. in room 203 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building in Atlanta.
The tour aims to gather feedback from young Georgians on college campuses across the state. It will feature town hall-style conversations between representatives and young voters, allowing both parties to share thoughts, opinions, and concerns.
The schedule for the College Listening Tour is as follows:
- Savannah State University: February 8, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
- University of Georgia: February 11, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
- Augusta State University: February 15, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
- Columbus State University: February 17, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
- Middle Georgia State University: February 20, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
- Albany State University: February 22, 2025, at 1:30 p.m.
- Clark Atlanta University: February 26, 2025, at 5:30 p.m.
Rep. Reese will be joined by other members of the House Democratic Caucus during these events. "The goal of the College Listening Tour events is to hear feedback from young Georgians," stated Rep. Reese.

House Minority Leader Carolyn Hugley (D-Columbus), Democratic Caucus Chair Tanya F. Miller (D-Atlanta), and other caucus members are expected to attend.
